Estimated delivery times

We will do our best to meet these delivery estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery provider.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges.

Contact us within: 24 hours of delivery

Send items back within: 5 days of delivery

We do not accept cancellations

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

In the unusual event your order arrives damaged or defective, please ensure you take sufficient photographic evidence of the damage of the parcel and its packaging. Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging for damage inspection.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We do not offer a refund on original postage costs.

Commissions

If you have recently been in contact with us regarding a commission-based project, we usually request a non-refundable holding deposit. This will be discussed and agreed with you.
